液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法测定鸡蛋中的环丙沙星和恩诺沙星Determination of Ciprofloxacin and Enrofloxacin in Eggs by Liquid Chromatography-quadrupole Electrostatic Field Orbital Trap High-resolution Mass Spectrometry

摘要(Abstract):
研究了一种基于液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(LC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS)的技术,用于精确测定鸡蛋中环丙沙星和恩诺沙星残留量。实验过程中,鸡蛋样品经过均质处理后,采用甲醇进行有效提取,随后将提取液注入LC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS系统进行分析。通过色谱柱的分离、电喷雾离子源(ESI)的电离以及四极杆-静电场轨道阱的高灵敏度检测,结合平行反应监测(PRM)模式,实现了对环丙沙星和恩诺沙星的定性与定量分析。该方法表现出优异的分析性能,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于8%(n=6),平均回收率超过80%,且在1.0~10.0 ng/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系。此外,环丙沙星和恩诺沙星的最低检测限(LOD)分别达到0.12 ng/mL和0.71 ng/mL,表明该方法具有高灵敏度和可靠性,适用于鸡蛋中这两种抗生素残留的痕量检测。
